We want you to love your stuff so we gladly accept returns on non-sale items that are unwashed & unworn products within 30 days from purchase. All products must have their original tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on undergarments, hair accessories, hats or earrings.
Hassle Free Returns:
To return your item, simply ship it in a secure package (you can use original package just cover up all previous addresses and tracking numbers) using a trackable and insured method. Fill our the return portion of your return form and include that inside your package with your product. Email email@example.com with your tracking number. Upon receipt of your return, you will then be reimbursed via original payment method for the product and the original shipping cost from the time of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We gladly accept exchanges for clothing that didn't fit quite right with in 30 days of purchase unwashed and unworn with all original tags still attached. Simply return your item in a secured package using a trackable and insured method. Fill out the exchange portion for your return form and include this inside the package. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number. Once we receive your exchange we will send out your new size at no additional cost to you!
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final.
